Chocolate Smoothie (Gluten free, soy-free, dairy free)

This is my quick sugar craving BUSTER  recipe for afternoon snack or for breakfast!
It not just fills me up but it a great way to beat my sugar cravings.
Makes 2-3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts (for protein)
  • 1- 1.5 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 glasses unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Honey/ maple syrup to taste (optional)

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender till smooth.
  • Enjoy chilled on a hot day or at room temperature in winter days.
